Return & Refund Policy
Most items are final sale.
Because many Topanga Republic products are made to order, personal care, bath/body, or home fragrance items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, opened/used products, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
For bath, body, home fragrance, and personal-care items:
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
For made-to-order apparel:
Damaged, defective, or misprinted apparel must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
To report an issue, email hello@topangarepublic.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We review requests within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product type. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
